Offseason increasing speed intensive

If there is one thing for sure, I am one of the best in the world at getting pitchers to increase speed. Through safe mechanics and drills along with invaluable tips and advice I am so confident in this event that I will guarantee satisfaction or your money back! I have been teaching internal rotation (IR, forearm fire, brush interference, or so and so's method) since I was in college more than 20 years ago (before everyone started coining terms for it). Increasing speed has long become my obsession. This event will include a workout three a week for 6 weeks (7 weeks total due to Holidays), 1 week off, see below for more info). Only the first 6 girls who register can attend.

week 1- Dec. 1st, 3rd & 6th
week 2- Dec. 8th, 10th, &13th
week 3- Dec. 15th, 17th, & 20th
week 4- OFF
week 5- Dec. 29th, 31th (I am flexible to change bc this is a holiday) & Jan 3rd
week 6- Jan. 5th, 7th, & 10th
week 7- Jan. 12th, 14th, and 17th
week 8- Jan. 19th, 21st, and 24th


Working Nothing but SPEED!!!
This is designed to incorporate all the elements of speed combined with weekly conjugate training. Conjugate training is working the muscle out in different ways to increase the fast twitch muscle needed to be a power pitcher. 6 Girls make a class so space is limited.
No catcher needed.
Payment of $150 reserves your spot.

December 4 Week Pitching Clinic

We teach hour long group lessons with no more than 3 girls in a group. We also offer half hour private lessons. Both hour group and half hour private lessons are the same price ($50 per lesson).  Payments made by cash and checks are also accepted. 

​My junior instructor lesson rate is $25 for either a half hour private or hour long group (no more than 3 girls). Junior instructors are paid directly to the instructor by cash or check.

I will be teaching a pitching clinic during the month of July. I have taught this clinic several times with a lot of success. It is a great way for pitchers to gain a ton of knowledge in a short amount of time. I highly recommend for a parent to come and catch because I go at a very fast pace and the parents will be able to retain more than the girls.  It will be at our facility and stay tuned for details!
