This is designed to incorporate all the elements of speed combined with weekly conjugate training. Conjugate training is working the muscle out in different ways to increase the fast twitch muscle needed to be a power pitcher. We will be meeting twice a week on Friday nights (6-7) and Tuesday nights (8:30-9:30) on the following 16 dates;
Dec. 6th, 10th, 13th, 17th, 20th,22nd (Sunday to avoid holidays), 27th
Jan. 3rd, 7th, 10th, 14th, 17th, 21st, 24th, 28th, 31st

We teach hour long group lessons with no more than 3 girls in a group. We also offer half hour private lessons. Both hour group and half hour private lessons are the same price ($45 per lesson or $160 for four). We offer a $20 discount if you pay for four in advance. Payments made by cash and checks are also accepted.

My junior instructors rate is $25 for either a half hour private or hour long group (no more than 3 girls). Junior instructors are paid directly to the instructor by cash or check.

I will be teaching a pitching clinic during the month of June. I have taught this clinic several times with a lot of success. It is a great way for pitchers to gain a ton of knowledge in a short amount of time. I highly recommend for a parent to come and catch because I go at a very fast pace and the parents will be able to retain more than the girls. UPDATE FULL!!!
